My Dearest grand-daughter Amy,

Each time I read your blog post, I revel at your spirit of resilience, your maturity and understanding and your ability to create and instill optimism in your readers- — -especially those who need it most.

There’s nothing more/better that I want in life, than to transform your pain, your discomfort and your setbacks into my own life. Alas! I truly wish God would deem it so.

You have so much to offer, to give and share. Your drive, your enthusiasm and your ability to bounce back repeatedly, peps me up to do better. My guess is that by sharing your thoughts, you are in a way not only comforting your readers and those in similar plight, but also simultaneously and more importantly, finding fresh pathways for yourself ‘to tame the beast.’ Kudos!

With much love - — always!

Your doting grana
