Usually I don’t write in public columns/forums. But I am tempted to share what I have in my store. Getting a driver’s license mean the DPS is confident to a degree that the individual is capable of driving without causing worries or being a threat to the public. Likewise a company encourages critics at work place believing that an employee would express honestly whatever is making him/her uncomfortable contributing the best to the work. Thats a privilege one has to exercise carefully. What Google has done is traffic policing given that the privilege has been to a certain degree misused by the individual. I agree that the policing actions on him was of very high degree, we cannot completely deny Google has done something wrong taking the extreme measure action on this incident. There is no other go but to let him go, else the scene would be even worse for him and his colleagues as well as to Google as a company. The only other corrective measure (say, corrective not preventive because the prevention doesn’t apply to Frankenstein) ended with the responsible person who made this article public.
