You Have to Show Up. Every. Day.

One of the best and most important parts about showing up every day is that in doing so, it becomes a habit — and habits are hard to break, even good habits. So I am sitting on my couch at half past four every morning writing exactly one page in my journal about the previous day, and at about five I am already getting ready for my workout (thank goodness for streaming workout programs, love you #shiftshop!) and by six I am done and have already accomplished two things I wanted done that every day!
