Actually, Ms. is grammatically and lingually correct.

Ms. is the direct counterpart to Mr, and like Mr., doesn’t assume or depend on marital status (unlike Miss and Mrs.).

In this case, since we know get marital status, the only incorrect feminine title would be Miss. Both Mrs. and Ms. are correct and applicable.
