Hey Ev, I stumbled across this and was surprised by how quickly and profoundly you reacted to my criticism outlining why

as well as my prompts for

Glad to see that you intend to make the change. You wouldn’t have had to lay off a third of your employees though. You need more, not less people if you want to perform a successful transformation — only that these people will have to do less selling and more screening for content and quality.
