Taking it easy today
The good news is that I woke up feeling much better than I did after last week’s agility workout. I managed to get a short core workout in (planks and friends) first thing in the morning — learned the lesson to get that done when feeling more energetic and fresh. Good thing too, since I slipped into a lethargic slump for most of the day.
The plan was to join the GlideTC T3 run workout this evening, but that was canceled. That combined with feeling sluggish and a twinge still lingering in my left soleus, I decided to not run today and take it easy.

I executed Plan B and took Sled Dog out for an hour walk around the neighborhood. It felt good to move, hopefully recharging me to lace up some running shoes tomorrow.
