Habit Scorecard

Today i have completed the chapter-4 of amazing book:Atomic Habits by James Clear.
During my today’s reading,i have learned about two things:
1.While persisting with any habit,we should be consciously aware of its consequences.Always act in conscious manner because when anything becomes our habit due to repeated behaviour then we think unconsciously in same situation without consciously think.
So,self-awareness is must for adopting any habit.
2.Habit Scorecard:This is a very amazing thing that i came across while reading ,that we all should make scorecard for the habits we follow usually.Mark ‘+’ for good habits,’-’ for bad habits and ‘=’ for neutral habits and try to reduce the number of minuses in your scorecard.Believe me the number of plus signs we are having in our scorecard,we will feel that much times enhanced positivity.
