This very inspiring book explains how 10 very successful companies of very diverse size and sectors organize themselves around the convictions you extol. As I read it I realized that there are people and companies out there that value autonomy and meaning in the workplace, and this gave me confidence that work can be meaningful and pleasant. Go read it if you haven’t!
