Adore. My mum is Filipino (I was born + raised in Australia). She fell into both cooking camps: great and Filipino cuisine but horrendous at anything Western. Even after 30 years she has never bothered to care for it.

I wish I had a beaten up 1970s Filipino cooking book like yours.
