Amazing posts and thanks Dmitry for sharing the information with us. Our team is working on creating a crm, too ( FloydCrm.com) and some of the insights you have provided are valuable.

I must say that I have used Bitrix24 (as a free user, lol). The reason for me to create a CRM is because most of them are too complex with lot of fluffs and we want to cut it down with meaningful features.

The reason why most of the sales people avoid using CRM is that it’s too complex and there is a learning curve (well every system has it) sometimes more than required. I still feel that most of them out there lack essentials. I feel that the whole system is made from a programmers point of view and not from the users (sales and service guys who actually use it).
