Mother and Father of the Bride and Groom?

Finally, a way to put to good use of all those scrapbook photos and family videos.

Hello mother and father of the bride and groom!

If you are like my parents who when I was young gathered us kids (and occasionally the nearby aunt and uncle) around the dining room table, of course with popcorn, to watch a photo slideshow of family summer vacations. In those moments I was always excited to recapture the experiences and feelings of trips to our nation’s capital, amusement parks, beaches, the Black Hills, Mount Rushmore, and so many other wonderful sites that I often wish I could revisit those feelings and memories today.

I recall these yearly photo slideshow screenings continue throughout my childhood until one year I realized that I was the last child (out of three) still home, and a senior in high school, and the aunts and uncles now were kidnapped neighbors or family friends to still watch then my mother, father and I on a family vacation.

Scrapbooks, photos, and videos clips gives one a chance to revisit enjoyable moments in life. How moving and meaningful would it be for your son or daughter to be able to revisit family and childhood memories with their wedding reception guests?

Yes, the wedding day is time to begin new memories but let’s not forget the moments in each of the bride and groom’s life that shaped who they have become. They couldn’t have done it without the love and support from the both of you, so telling their individual stories tells a complete story, but also honors you as a wonderful parent. What will story be?
