Frameworks? Libraries? Both, or none? — My honest opinion

I think what should be said here is that “you can use libraries or frameworks, but as long as you’re 100% sure you understand the base language”. For example using bootstrap without understanding the box model, positioning, inheritance, CSS specificity, means you’re probably hacking away a UI/website in a “quick and dirty freelance” context. Once you master the language then you can more safely know when and when not to use a particular tool to accelerate your work. (for example I use bootstrap to setup the first iteration of the website and star trimming down unused components and code slowly once things are stable)
