I am a JavaScript Developer.

I like to be called JavaScript Developer. Others might say I should be called Software Developer but right now I’m only interested in JS jobs and I will tell you why.

I have so much fun and FREEDOM in JS and there is not other language I know that challenges our ways of programming and good practices as JS does. Objects without classes, prototypes, closures, functions as first class citizens, dynamic types. This are the core features that allows us as developers to be free. No types where they are not needed. No need for a class to create an object. Not being forced to follow a single paradigm.
 Freedom unloads a huge cognitive effort so I can focus that effort in things I care about like business value or software quality.

I’m not a JavaScript Developer because is the only language I know. I’m a JavaScript developer because it is the language that opened my mind and made me free.
