This is a great question!! I suppose the Garden of Eden may in fact still exist in perfect condition. After some research, it's not specifically mentioned either way only suggestive in nature by the text. However, it does state that Adam and Eve were expelled from that place and no longer allowed to enter so in theory it could be either way.

Furthermore, based on the biblical account, there is no evidence to suggest that the Garden of Eden remains perfect. In fact, the Scriptures describe the consequences of humanity’s disobedience, which led to sin entering the world (Genesis 3). As a result, God expelled Adam and Eve from the Garden, and the entrance was guarded by cherubim and a flaming sword (Genesis 3:24).

Scriptural Indicators

The Fall: The biblical narrative depicts the Garden of Eden as a place where humanity sinned, leading to separation from God and the loss of its original perfection.

Cherubim and the Flaming Sword: The placement of Cherubim and a flaming sword at the Garden’s entrance (Genesis 3:24) suggests that the Garden was no longer accessible after the Fall.

No Further Descriptions of Eden’s Perfection or lack of are given in scripture: After the Fall, there are no further descriptions in Scripture of the Garden’s original perfection or its continued existence in that state.

Contrast with God’s Original Creation

While God initially created the world and declared it “very good” (Genesis 1:31), the biblical account does not suggest that the Garden of Eden remained in a state of perfection after humanity’s disobedience. Instead, the consequences of sin led to a fallen world, and the Garden was no longer perfect.

In conclusion, based on the biblical narrative, there is no evidence to support the idea that the Garden of Eden remains perfect. The account of humanity’s Fall and subsequent expulsion from the Garden indicates that its original perfection was lost.

I pray this answers the original intention of this statement. If not please engage with me further. The Bible is truly my favorite thing to discuss!!
