Dear Trolls of Vancity Buzz, you are assholes.

Once upon a time,

there was a city which was full of people who have
 long hidden themselves behind keyboards and computer screens.

an op. ed is just that, an opinion.

the opinions written by writers, bloggers, journalists etc. often do not reflect how the entire society as a whole should think, react or express themselves.

with each written piece a blogger or writer puts out in the world

comes the potential of a bevy of great discussion.

and in my opinion, I believe the audience is tasked with great responsibility.

the responsibility to not take everything written on the internet so personally.

it is simply put,

quite ridiculous to stir up a huge commotion

about one person’s personal experience.

each person has a different upbringing.

different life experiences.

therefore it is not a fair statement to discount one person’s reality because yours does not match it.

our lives are as unique are our DNA.

so are our experiences.

now instead of writing comments that make you look like horrible human beings, perhaps everyone should chill out, carry on with your lives and do something productive. Like read a book, learn how to code …for heaven’s sakes stop feeding the trolls.
