How to be a Better Runner

In 2017, I desired to become a better runner. I wanted to make it a fitness habit, as well as prepare for Air Force boot-camp that fall.

At 29 years old, I didn’t want to be embarrassed by the younger kids zipping past me on the track!

Unfortunately, I lacked experience and was terribly out of shape. I could not master breath control and it took me 17 minutes to run 1.5 miles, and that included stopping twice.

That was until my marine buddy gave me this 3-day per week program to follow. After a month, my runs and sprints improved…
