Missing Calendar Entries on MTR Console
One issue I found this week, which was very odd, so I thought I’d share. I was missing calendar invites at all on my Microsoft Teams Room on Windows centre of room console. I could see the calendar entry in the Outlook online, it had sent the auto accept request. The console had the current time, but never got the meeting invite. I then changed accounts to a different tenant. Pow!!! Same issue.
So, I headed into Windows desktop to check something and then I noticed the Windows time was incorrect. Heading into settings, it was set to manual, and -5 GMT was the time zone. I then remembered I had changed the time manually for some testing previously. What threw me here was that the MTR console was showing the correct time, but Windows was incorrect to my local time zone.
Anyway, I hope this helps someone troubleshooting a similar issue.
