Stupid Musings #23

I don’t think most Americans know. The Palestinians don’t have a state — their own water, soil, sky, a home. When maliciously attacking Israel, they invade as a homeless mob — no tanks, fighter jets, nuclear launch codes.

Nobody honors agreements with them — cuz they own nothing.

If every Palestinian was round up and shot, the world might frown — probably. Trade agreements might suffer. To that end, Israel has decided to take a longer (more practical) view. Palestinians are being bred out of their pseudo/former homeland — one Israeli baby at a time. More humane, perhaps.

Apart from Palestinians, No one (really) cares about this issue. Never has. Muslim, Christian, Jews — Palestinians are unwelcome couch crashers.

True, this is an extremely complicated issue. No black and white here. That said, we Americans have the power to force a two state solution. We really do.

Israel is not truly a member of our Revelation-obsessed apocalyptic fantasy — they tolerate our friendship.

From this point forward, a two state solution is a big vote issue for me. Israel’s treatment of Palestinians is immoral. Our collaboration with Israel is also immoral. The Israeli claim over Palestine is no more valid the Assyrian claim over the the Hittite Empire in 1245 BCE. Switch out some gods — basically the same thing.

And yes, I can do something about it — Legislators, look out.

This is my morning rambling. I’m not really concerned with fully baked (coherent) ideas on stupid musings. It’s my microblog.
