But Emails from April, 2013 show that over 30 years staying with Detroit would be 20% cheaper. (so not a lot cheaper over a one year period but over the coarse of a working lifetime quite a bit cheaper)

I know the mainstream media when they first covered the story did say “they changed water supplies to change money…” so you can be excused from not seeing the small article that said “Hey changing water supplies actually wouldn’t have saved money” which brings us back to this question of why change water supplies if it isn’t cheaper, and following the doners you find links to fracking and if Flint changes water suppliers more area is opened to fracking.
