I’m not sure I trust personality assessments, as I believe people are more fluid and dynamic than what can be understood by oneself at any given time.
However, I do value assessments that deal more with workplace culture and habits, as those tend to be more measurable and evidence-based in my opinion.
RoundPegg offers one such cultural assessment that I’ve found valuable. I encourage you (and your team) to take RoundPegg’s free culture guide assessment,as it provides insight into your top values, how others can best work with you, and what signs of tension to be wary of between you and your colleagues. The assessment provides you with a Culture Guide, which I encourage you print out and tape up where your colleagues can refer to it.
