Who is Fleks?
Fleks is an HR software provider that allows companies to manage their flexible workforce.
The young company currently has 2000 active users and is on track to reach 30000 active users by the end of the year. The majority of their customer base is active in the hospitality and food and beverages industries, as those industries predominantly rely on flexible workforces.
A flexible workforce typically means lots of administrative hassles: hundreds (or thousands) of contracts, frequent and irregular payments, etc. Sounds like a perfect case for Grain’s blockchain solution.
