How to collaborate human-to-human with purpose: Working out loud in the digital age
Ayelet Baron

My initial response to “working out loud” is full agreement. What I would have liked beyond the detailed explanation on how it builds trust, aligns energy and builds for effective action in groups, would have been a description of how the side-effects of “working out loud” are compensated for in competitive, potentially hostile, environments. How does “working out loud” apply across different departments, which compete for limited resources and how does this apply to companies, operating in the market targeting the same customers?

One clap, two clap, three clap, forty?
