ANNOUNCEMENT: GRBE TOKEN UPGRADE & OUR SOLUTIONS FOR $GRBE PRICE RECOVERY

Following up on our recent unexpected incident in the Green Beli farming feature, we would like to update users with our solutions and next steps, as follows:

1. Deploy and upgrade GRBE V2 contract:
We are pleased to announce that we have completed the deployment of the GRBE V2 Contract and migrated all the current holders to new GRBE token holders (excluding the fraudster’s wallets).

$GRBE V2 smart contract:

Please add this new contract to your wallet and remove the old contract.

2. Add Liquidity for the New Contract
We will set the new $GRBE V2 at the price of $0.0618898/GRBE as shown on Poocoin as of this time with the same GRBE-BUSD liquidity level on PancakeSwap.

3. Resume all $GRBE transactions
All $GRBE transactions are expected to resume at 5:30 AM, December 11 (UTC). We will make an official announcement when all transactions are back to normal. Kindly wait for our updates.

Note: For Gate.io trading, we need a little time to convert. We will make an official announcement later.

4. $GRBE V2 conversion instruction
Note: 100% of $GRBE holders do not need to do anything.

• GRBE token holders (including $GRBE in Green Beli and Green Meta farming pools): YOU DON’T NEED TO DO ANYTHING. We have transferred the GRBE V2 to your wallet with the exact balance based on the snapshot on BSCscan. Your $GRBE in staking mode will continue automatically.
• GRBE-BUSD LP token holders: you need to convert the old LP to new LP tokens via this link: https://app.greenbeli.io/convert-grbe-v2-busd. You can do it from now, then you can continue to farm the new LP token in Green Beli & Green Meta Farm when the reward starts at 5:30 AM, December 11 (UTC).
  Note: If you’re farming LP Tokens in Green Beli & Green Meta farm, please unstake the current LP Token and convert it to the new one. Then stake it to the new Farm Pools.
• Rest assured that ALL OF YOUR ASSETS ARE SECURED.
• If there is any issue, please contact our admin for support.

5. Green Hero Staking
We will no longer support staking Green Hero as a reward booster. Please unstake your Green Heroes by December 20th, 2021.

6. Increase Green Beli Farm’s rewards for 1 week
To show our appreciation for your support, we will increase Green Beli Farm’s rewards for 1 week. Let’s stake in our Green Beli Farming to enjoy such exclusive rewards.

7. GEPF Commits to buy $100K Worth of $GRBE
As our strong and long-term commitment toward environmental protection, we decided to add another $100,000 to GEPF — Green Beli Environmental Protection Fund and commit to using this added amount to buy GRBE tokens to sponsor future eco-activities.

We believe this will help to recover the $GRBE price to the level prior to the incident.

8. Add a 2-month cliff to the vesting schedule and extend the vesting period to 15 months
We will be adding a 2-month cliff and adjusting the vesting period to 15 months, instead of 12 months as the current schedule. Meaning that there will be no GRBE tokens unlocked until 20 Feb 2022.

This is to give us enough time to resume the momentum and sustainability of the project as well as maintain $GRBE price at a favorable level.
