In this age of technology the template text breakup is a viable option. However, even though we don’t think of them this way, breakups are intimate affairs. If possible every effort should be made to end a relationship via a conversation. Absent that if you wrote exactly what’s in the text on a card, inexplicably it gains weight and gravitas.
