Orris Greenopolis: Fulfilling Homebuyers’ Dreams with Orris Infrastructure

Orris Greenopolis, nestled in sector 89, Gurgaon, commenced its journey in 2012 under the stewardship of Three C. However, facing setbacks, Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd stepped in to revive the project, ensuring completion and fulfilling the aspirations of homebuyers.

In 2012, the Greenopolis project was initiated by Three C in sector 89, Gurgaon, spread across 37.218 acres of land under Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. With an envisioned completion by 2016, Three C was responsible for construction, including statutory charges to DTCP (EDC Charges).

Unfortunately, Three C ceased construction and failed to fulfill statutory obligations, prompting legal intervention. Following a Supreme Court order and subsequent NCLT ruling in March 2022 (SLP 7712 of 2021), Orris regained control of the project. The court affirmed Orris’ ownership and invalidated Three C’s rights, highlighting their inability to complete construction or sell units.

Taking charge of Greenopolis’ fate, Orris resurrected the project, completing Phase-1 with 512 ready flats. By settling the outstanding EDC charges of Rs. 88.9 Crores, Orris demonstrated its commitment to deliver on promises and revive homebuyers’ hopes.

With Orris Infrastructure Pvt Ltd leading the way, Greenopolis Welfare Confederation (GWC) envisions a future brimming with prosperity and contentment.
