Green Uni Network is developing the world’s first blockchain-based online university/platform for high-quality European diplomas at a low cost. Here’s everything you need to know about the Green Uni Network development strategy.

The development strategy of the Green Uni Network is created through a serious scientific approach and research to effectively deal with conditions of uncertainty. The plan covers strategic management of resources, which include medium-term and operational plans, use and management of budgets, policy, procedures, rules, etc. At the same time, the strategy covers possible risks as well as plans for the strategic growth of the process in order to obtain the desired results and a systematic increase in the value of the Greeny token.

The Green Uni Network development strategy also takes into account the diversity of the participating platforms and solutions and the target audiences and use cases.

Strategic Goals of the Green Uni Network

The idea is to “facilitate the implementation and establish trust in the use of the Greeny token in the Green Uni Network project” by following a simple and clear model.

The First Goal is to build a network of licensed primary and secondary educational institutions, a network of European educational institutions accredited for online learning in Europe. As a first step, the project has formed partnerships with educational units of “Plovdiv Tech Park” PLC and Varna Free University “Chernorizets Hrabar”- Department of Informatics.

The Second Goal of the Green Uni Network project is to build the Network with charitable foundations in Bulgaria and other regions around the world. As a first step, the team is already in talks with the “BIT Forum “Mahatma Gandhi” foundation, the “International Institute for Cooperative Research” foundation and others for strategic partnership.

Other Stages in the Green Uni Network Development Strategy

The project strategy will involve the following tasks and milestones:

1. Issuance of Greeny Token, which will be used to raise funds through the token sale and will be ready to use immediately after generation across multiple platforms in the Green Uni Network.

2. Expanding the educational services market through next-gen online learning in Informatics & Computer Science.

3. Introducing a strategic system of rewards, airdrops, etc. to attract users to buy tokens and use our online educational services.

4. Onboarding verified sellers of educational material and textbooks in E-Unimag.

5. Inviting innovative software products and developers (for AI and blockchain) to register in the E-Library.

6. The creation of the Green Uni Network to reduce the cost of education for everyone looking to get a European diploma from a reputed university.

7. Onboarding high-quality teachers, researchers and leaders to join the network as lecturers, and rewarding them fairly for their efforts.

8. Verifying and onboarding relevant educational services providers who want to benefit from the Greeny Token.

9. Further development of the network in participation with verified charitable organisations and creation of a mutual fund based on Greeny Tokens.

10. Analysis of possible risk elements, situations and conditions and planning for them.

11. Building an international strategy to attract students and teachers from around the world to join the Green Uni Network.

12. An annual review of the strategy, progress and updates to make necessary changes in the management approach and marketing concept.

The development strategy will mainly focus on the development and improvement of the platform’s business models, which include the innovative platforms of common technological elements (smartphone applications, digital content and access to data) and transactional platforms or intermediaries (E-Unimag, E-library, etc.)
