Green World Project acquires Legal Opinion

Green World Project forms a foundation for building a better, greener, and environment-friendly planet. Being a non-profit, Green World Project’s token serves as a utility for accessing and using it’s Digital Platform, Green Marketplace, and any other future utilities.

A Legal Opinion is necessary to validate that a token is a utility, and not a security. Today, we are proud to announce that we have acquired our Legal Opinion.

Legal Opinion details

Our Research Advisor, Jim Nicoll, has been in contact with several lawyers and law firms to acquire a Legal Opinion for Green World Project. The contact has been successful, and we have now acquired our Legal Opinion. The Legal Opinion has been issued by Legal Kornet LLC law firm. Their lawyer, Nikita Tepikin, has analysed Green World Project and all of its plans and information and thereby declared that:

GWP is not a security
GWP is eligible to list on exchange markets
GWP is compliant with any laws regarding crypto

Having acquired the Legal Opinion will allow GWP to list on new markets, markets which require their listings to have Legal Opinions.
