I, too, thought this was a great read with an excellent idea rooted in it.
I had a run streak, run at least one mile every single day, that I got up to 245 days. It was starting to tax my health: pneumonia, injury, and worn down. It was time to break the habit and I did.
The habit streak can be just as detrimental as it is helpful.
