In Part 1 I told a fairly bleak story about the demise of our Agile methodology.
In this post I bring a story of hope! Our experiences since adopting the LeSS framework have been brilliant and we want to share some of the things we’ve learned along the way.
Before we started.
We had tried to fix our damaged processes before, with limited success. This time we were absolutely determined to succeed.
We made a plan.
Clean Break
One of our first difficult decisions was how to phase in the new framework. Gradually phasing in new processes had been difficult in the past. We needed a seismic shift in our approach. Having a clean break made a lot of sense.
