This definitely can be a challenge for others to understand. From the founder point of view, it can be completely baffling and infuriating.

The real challenge is when we can’t communicate why we need to wait as engineers. If we always seek out perfection, eventually people will assume that you’re doing that, giving rise to the urge to force delivery.

That’s just as much a problem because if we’re assuming you’re at 99% but this time you’re at 50% — everyone loses!
