Only when we’ve fixed ourselves can love build on that foundation and give us something meaningful and beautiful.
Love isn’t going to fix us

Sounds simple…do this and then that will happen. Love yourself and more love will come from a healthy partner. In truth every meaningful relationship I have experienced was when I was not looking for one…in fact I had decided not to worry about love or a relationship or pursue dating even, and focus on myself. Working on myself, my life, my path.

Real life is not simple…not simply fix this in yourself, then true love next. Even the securest among us have some issues in this increasingly complex world.

True love is created between two. Built, grown, nurtured just about everyday. Like working on yourself, work on the relationship. This is done when it happens, not when you are ready.
