This a a hard one. The difference is that the feelings are often express in a push away manner…anger, blame, being nasty…. It takes a deep breath, a count to 4, and then asking yourself, “what is really going on here.” If you can do that…you are good. If you can do it every time you are a saint. So forgive yourself if you fail…keep learning.
