The government of California failed to address the state’s infrastructure problems, specifically power lines that needed repairs. That’s what started these fires. Eliminating grazing, curtailing or eliminating timber cutting — those were the contributors to having so much fuel to burn. The wet winter made more grass and other fast growing vegetation. Trump asked the governors of the States to make lists of infrastructure projects that needed funding. Governor Brown didn’t put the Oroville dam and other things that needed the most urgent attention on his list.

But all the left wants to do is blame Republicans for the failings of the Democratic Party that runs California.
