Training is important and no where is it more important as you consider how the public sees your organization.

Just because someone has a Facebook account does not mean they know how to manage a social network. Working to understand audiences, developing a voice and maturing messaging methods are the pathways to success. This takes time, talent and experience.

There are no substitutes.
