I am looking forward to the day when I can slap on VR goggles and “enter” a live sporting event to watch from whatever angle I want, or to just sit back and let the 3D broadcaster take me on a trip. This stuff is mind blowing to me when I think back to my Atari 2600 (and Yars’ Revenge) or my Commodore 64. Those were cutting edge and were light years beyond anything my parents grew up with.
