Mary, your article strikes a chord, probably a minor chord. Reminds me of several doctors I have talked to that left general practice. Your message is heard. Loud and clear. The one thing that I didn’t hear is an observation that I have made. In a fundamentally coercive situation, you can’t really expect much. In prison there are only so many trustys.
