I love twitter: I am not the only one. One of the main reasons that I have jumped into the twitter-sphere or any other social media platform is to help people.

I waste away in my shell at home, pounding away at my novel, until I have a masterpiece that reads for a thousand years. It isn’t going to win you many friends. But the people that would read my book a thousand years from now, could not tell me they enjoyed my work. So what’s the point of helping them out?

I was thinking about brothers when I wrote this poem. Having my own brother helps shape my world view. Pathways in the life one can go towards many different directions with the same instruction.

I have met many friends in my life, and have lost connection with a great deal of them.

One of the most interesting things is to see them by chance at a later point. Especially if I have not kept up with them through social media outlets.

I have been around criminals before, the people of society who think that a few extra dollar bills will change it all for them. They will be able to go where they want, buy the things that they want, and be able to live the life that they want.

But what they don’t get, or at least most don’t get, is that the money chasing is not going to ever be enough. They will keep struggling, and keep trying to steal out another dollar bill from here or from there. Never accumulating enough.
