I have been using apple cider vinegar in dressings and in cooking long before the health benefits were touted. It was a good use for the wine that turned.
I won’t dismiss the health claims for apple cider vinegar (ACV). Many report that they used ACV to help manage body PH. Some people are stressed and their blood is too alkaline. True that any ascetic acid can be used to help manage alkaline PH, but acetic acid is very acidic… like stomach acid. Since there are so many ACV recipes and remedies available, why not use them?
