GREG REITMAN

I bring over 20 years experience as a Marketer, Producer, Content Creator & Video Editor. I’ve developed creative strategy for leading brands, agencies and startups in NYC, Los Angeles & abroad. I’ve worked with Barnes & Noble, Sony & Crispin Porter + Bogusky to name a few. My work has been featured in the LA TIMES, HUFFINGTON POST, CNN & NBC.

1998–2008

I graduated Ithaca College in 1998 and started my career in Marketing, spending the next decade managing large scale advertising & social media campaigns, multi million dollar budgets, and built online brands from scratch.

2009

I founded 30 Second Life , a documentary passion project where I produced & Edited :30 second music videos of my life. The project was well received & I transitioned to take on more creative projects in post production.

2010–2012

I studied at The Edit Center & became an Assistant Editor on 3 feature length Documentaries: One Day on Earth, Garbage Dreams & Skatopia.

2013

I moved to Los Angeles & was an Editor & Producer for a docuseries called Bravery Tapes that was featured in the LA Times , Huff Post & CNN.

Reality Show projects for MNET America soon followed along with a series of music videos for Country Musician Coffey Anderson. I also volunteered my time with Daphneyland, a Basset Hound rescue group in CA, editing & producing videos to help find displaced hounds homes.

2014

I cut a Grey Poupon promo at Crispin Porter + Bogusky & cut a sizzle for a reality show concept . I Edited and Produced a series of short Docs profiling Authors at Over The Edge Books , war veterans at The Mighty , a Day in the Life series for a radio program at KPCC & a promo for the Los Angeles Music Video Festival.

2015

JANUARY

I was an Editor on a commerical for Listerine at the Agency UM & Produced & Edited a series of corporate videos for fashion startup Ruby Ribbon.

FEBUARY

I founded & launched Flying Blynd , an ongoing experimental video series on Instagram that has gotten great buzz .

MARCH

I launched Casita 42, an ongoing Instagram Video series documenting my new home renovation in Eagle Rock, Los Angeles.

I’m a huge live music fan and have seen the band Phish over 100 times. I live in LA with my wife and adorable 13 year old Basset Hound Oliver.
