Nice read. At least once a week someone is trying to convince me how good the “flip interstitial format” (or some other crap) is for reaching consumers on their iOS device. It’s all garbage. I thought we had killed pop-ups too, but they’re still used so much. Brands need to create more emotionally relevant content, and become a bit more like publishers or media companies.
