Day 6 #30daysofSerendipity

‘S.H.A.P.E’ — Part 2

"The first day of every month is significant. How today goes will determine the rest of the month".
To me that's a pile of 'BS', some peeps even apply it to every 'Monday' that comes their way. I believe you take each day at a time not only learning from yesterday's mistakes but also preparing for tomorrow tasks.

"First time you are a victim, the next time you are a volunteer!"

So here I am, same place, different time. About to share with you guys things I know will help us in achieving our individual goals.

We started the S.H.A.P.E series yesterday and today we will be talking about the second letter 'H'. Which means ‘Heart’ also Passion.
As simple as this is, a lot of individuals either do not know what their heart longs for or they know and do nothing. Surprised?

Let's do a quick exercise, okay?
Say 3 things, whatever it is you have the heart -passion- for in the space of 10 seconds and your time starts now.
Was that difficult or easy?

Were you able to say 10 things or nothing came to mind?

If na food now, some of una go don talk like 22 different foods on earth, in heaven and even under the earth.

For those that were able to mention at least one and above please do another thing by writing it down because you might forget. Stare at it and decide whether it truly came from your heart or you made it up because you thought i was listening. :-)

Kindly ask yourself the following questions;

  • "I'm I on the right track?". Considering where I am now and where heart is.
  • What I'm I doing to make both paths meet? For those whose current path and passion path are parallel lines. For others its in opposite direction.
  • “What skills do I have that’s in alignment with my heart and how much more skills do I need to acquire in order meet minimum expectations?”

You decide now! Only you can make that decision.

I have a friend who shares this link to everyone he comes across, in a bid to understand them better - www.16personalities.com - you can check it out.
Take the test, get to know yourself better also share with as many as you can.
My results tells me that I am a 'Campaigner'.

While reading an article this quote caught my eye —

"Passion has no boundary, being passionate about something which is boundless can be sometimes dangerous. In which a person forgets about everything and is fully determined towards the particular thing" - Sanyukta

Although it originated from a love story, I feel its still relevant to our discussion.
Find yours and be found.

Did you take the test or you just skipped it? Oya go back and take it. It won’t take time.

Share your results and comment below, let me know your thoughts on this.

Till tomorrow,

Greg Fortune™
