“So really, when you’re saying “WPF food is dumb and bad”, you’re indirectly saying “Poor people food is dumb and bad”.

I’d like you to consider that these jokes about mayonnaise and no-seasoning aren’t coming from a place of classism, maybe they’re a response to having white people make fun of the food from other cultures and is more of a you-want-to-stereotype-my-culture-and-say-we-smell-like-curry-well-at-least-we-season-our-food. There are many poc from many cultures who have to fight off feelings of shame regarding their own cuisine, and I imagine the ones who are left angry after doing so respond to it by turning the tables.

Not saying it’s okay, since obviously it’s still hurtful, but understanding where it might actually be coming from might help stop it.
