I felt the same exact way when I left a leadership team/company that I adored. The juxtaposition of congratulations and sadness is a very strange feeling. One would hope the team will go on without you possibly because of the legacy you left (or at least that’s what I told myself to cope). Being a few weeks into a similar journey I can assure you the feeling passes and looking forward can be a exciting experience as well.
