Campaign Roundup 03 19 15
Greetings from GroupGets,
Just a few quick updates about ongoing and recently closed group buys on on our site.

We recently added an exclusive pcDunio bundle here. It’s a cool platform that we’re looking forward to experimenting with. We’ll have a video review of it shortly.

The Hamamatsu C12666MA MEMS mini spectrometer board will be in final testing by the end of the month, so expect to see that available soon. We have the Round 2 parts on order now and will ship them ASAP. Round 3 is now open here.

We have just closed the first round of shuttered Leptons, those will ship this week. You can see the new round of shuttered Leptons here. For both the shuttered and regular Lepton campaigns you can add the breakout board as an optional accessory when you back the campaign.
There is now a how-to article on the FLIR PocketCam GUI here and a video walkthrough that you can watch here. We have two different campaigns for the Lepton PocketCam evaluation kit, one with Lepton and one without Lepton which lets you easily experiment with different types of Leptons such as shuttered vs. non-shuttered.
FLIR Leptons spotted in the wild
We came across a cool Lepton application. It looks like an analog output adapter kit that the drone community has been wanting is close to being complete. See this amazing DIYDrones.com post and video here.
We tip our hats to this great project and look forward to seeing them enter the wild.
Are you doing something innovative with a product that you got from GroupGets? We’d love to hear about it and share it with others if you are interested.
We also appreciate the daily activity that we see in the lepton google group. The community has become quite self-supportive and vibrant.
Please follow us on Facebook or Twitter for the latest GroupGets updates. There are also a few new potentially helpful blog posts that you can check out here on Medium.
If you would like to review your experience with us, you can do so here. Please be gentle, we are new here, but people have already left encouraging posts and we are very happy about that.
As always, feel free to reach out to us with any questions or tips on good GroupGet ideas.
Cheers, The GroupGets Team
