- Cut those carbs back: I know it is repetetive but for most carboholics out there it is vital to draw them back to 50–100 grams per day for fat-loss and to avoid any insulin spikes.
2. Eat a sh*t-load of vegetables: Eating a tonne of veggies will not only fill you up, it will provide essential nutrients & they are super low carb so it will encourage you to use fat cells as energy, instead of using carbsas energy.
3. Incorporate fats: Healthy fats such as nuts, seeds, avocado, coconut oil, grass fed butter etc provide lots of energy, have little/no insulin spike and encourage the body to burn fat as energy.
