In order to keep pace with the way business is done these days, automation has become the solution to every business’s needs. Companies have started to invest on tech tools that can help them improve sales productivity exponentially. What I think is important in automating the lead nurturing stage or any part of the sales process is to make sure the solution speaks for the organization’s requirements.
As Bill Gates would put it: “The first rule of any technology used in business is that automation applied to an efficient operation will magnify the efficiency. The second is that automation applied to an inefficient operation will magnify the inefficiency.”
