guillaume cabane 0f Segment’s advice in particular is so clearly on-point that it’s hard to admit that I hadn’t at all seen things that way in my own Growth process. Of course we want a unified customer experience… but I had begun to believe that each channel had to have it’s own specialist.
And I second the Quora channel that Arjun Naskar at Remind gave. Any community platform that is dedicated to educating and creating value like that is one to invest in.
