Startup, a cool word around the corner. Startup, which is solving a particular pain point of segmented group of audience. Right now, we might have tons of startups in every 500km radius.

I see startups in two major ways. First, Coming with defined problems and solving it. Example Redbus ticket booking. Second starting with services, helping industries to enable digital, understand the process in organisation or to people.

Many of us aspire to start something but what and where will be like middle of the jungle. It doesn’t mean you can’t. For this kind of situation we need to start with second type of initiatives.

Starting with their existing services, helping them, understanding the pain points and empathising it will give you more ideas to develop. Most of the services companies try to build their own IP’s on the path of servicing the customers.

So it is better doing something now, grab the big idea which is a very big pain for particular segment, which was not solved by anyone

Please hit that heart button if you feel good about this — thanks!
