Do the LA Dodgers have the attitude of winners?

Whatever it takes for every single one of us in this room to help us win one game is what we’re going to do. One game. And then we’re going to pick up the pieces and do it again the next day.

You guys should, each day, be more mentally drained than physically. If you guys are more physically exhausted than mentally, you haven’t done enough. Because to be able to focus every single day in your pens, your blocking drills — work like Shohei on the tee or Freddy on the tee, intent like a robot — that’s hard. It takes discipline. You guys should be mentally disciplined.

I mean, I think I’m just going to harp on what you said. Every single night since I’ve been a professional baseball player, when I lay my head on my pillow at night, I ask myself: Did I give everything I had to get better that day? And I’ve been doing that for a long time.

This is my fourth year wearing this uniform, and I got to win it for the first time in this uniform last year. That means everything. I mean, Mookie’s got three titles. I’ve got two. Max, a lot of these guys, got two…
