With your analysis of Tenure to influence, the chart looks like if you took the ln(tenure + 1), there’d be a much stronger correlation - Perhaps holding constant what level they come into the company as (i.e. a Sr IC will likely have greater influence earlier than a Jr IC or maybe a manager of a small team)
